Cause iodine deficiency

The soy which are made to tofu contains a kind of substance called saponin, which not only can prevent atherosclerosis, but also promote excretion of iodine in the human body. Long-term excessive eating tofu can easily lead to iodine deficiency, and leading to iodine deficiency disease.
