How to Make Egg Tart?

When we want to make egg tart, first we should make clear the materials needed, and the practice of making famous egg tart material as follows:

Step 1: firstly, wait 20 grams of butter melted at room temperature; and add flour, sugar and salt. Use hand to mix butter and flour until they become very fine particles.

Step 2: Add water into the dough, wrapped with plastic wrap and rest for 20 minutes into the refrigerator.

Step 3: Remove the slack from the refrigerator dough, knead until smooth and uniform.

Step 4: wrapped 90 grams of butter into a food bag with a rolling pin roll into a rectangle about 0.5 cm piece, forming it into the refrigerator.

Step 5: to roll the dough into the shape of square and put the butter pieces in the middle, rest for 20 minutes in the refrigerator.

Step 6: Remove the dough sheet, and then converted into fold, roll into a rectangle, and put it in the fridge for 20 minutes. Repeat this 3 times.

Step 7: Pour milk, sugar and condensed milk into container, and stir, so that sugar would melt.  Then add egg yolk, flour and mix.

Step 8: Put tart water into a well made tart skin, preheat the oven to 200 degrees, and put the egg tart into it for25 minutes.
