Sleep with feeling of getting drunk
With the lifestyle changed, nowadays young women often have abundant nightlife, especially for some women who have to engage in social activities, then they often sleep with feeling of getting drunk. According to medical studies, drinking alcohol before going to bed is prone to suffocation after falling asleep with about 2 times per night for lasting 10 minutes. For a long time, people are easily to suffer from diseases such as heart disease and high blood pressure.
Sleeping without taking off cosmetics
Some women, especially young women, don’t take off cosmetics before going to bed. Residual cosmetics on the skin would block pore, then lead to obstructtion on secreting of sweat glands, which not only damage the skin, but also accelerate aging.
