What is Sub-Health, and Why?

What is sub-health?

Sub-health is a state between health and disease, that some functions in body occur disorder. But it will not affect the exercise of social functions, only have subjective discomfort feelings, such as body weakness and easy to fatigue, the mind is not fresh, facial pain, eye fatigue, nasal congestion, dizziness, ringing in the ears, sleep disturbance, shortness of breath, hand and foot numbness, chest discomfort in the morning and so on.

Why is there Sub-health?

Excessive tension and stress. Studies show that the long period of tension and pressure will produce four bad effects on the health. First, it could cause acute or chronic stress which is damage to the cardiovascular system and gastrointestinal system directly, resulting stress ulcer, increasing blood pressure, speeding up heart rate and the hardening of the arteries and cardiovascular events. Second, It could cause brain stress fatigue and cognitive function decline. Third, it can undermine the biological clock and affect sleep quality. Fourth, immune function decreased, leading to increased opportunities for cancer and infection.

Bad life habits. Such as diet with high salt, high fat and high calorie; heavy smoking, drinking and less exercise are all the common reasons for sub-health.

Environmental pollution. E.g. water and air pollution, noise, microwave, electromagnetic and other chemical and physical factors are health killer in some hidden ways.

Adverse mental and psychological factors stimulation. This is one of the important factors to cause psychological and physical sub-health.
